PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro liquid droplet conveying device in which a special external mechanism is not necessitated and which can convey a micro liquid droplet surely to one direction, is made inexpensive so as to be disposable of and is made simple. SOLUTION: This micro liquid droplet conveying device is provided with a substrate 11, a cover 12 loaded on one side of the substrate 11, a flow passage 13 which is formed between the substrate 11 and the cover 12 and extended to one direction and a liquid droplet conveying means for conveying the liquid droplet from the upstream side of the passage 13 toward the downstream side. One side of the passage 13 is composed of a hydrophilic surface 15 and a hydrophobic surface 14. The liquid droplet conveying means is constituted so that the value obtained by dividing the area of the surface 15 by that of the surface 14 is increased continuously from the upstream side toward the downstream side so as to convey the liquid droplet.
