PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station apparatus that can easily and quickly be installed at a desired installed place whereby the introduction cost is considerably reduced. SOLUTION: An enclosure of the base station apparatus 100 is divided into an IF unit 120 as a main body enclosure and an MDE unit 110 as a removable enclosure. Then the MDE unit 110 is removably fitted to the IF unit 120 with a heat dissipation gap. A FAN unit 130 is provided above a part of the IF unit 120 onto which the MDE unit 110 is mounted in a bulged way and sucks in external air in the heat dissipation gap and exhausts the air.
