PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction massage nozzle which enables the on-off operation of the suction and the adjustment of the suction forces and moreover, the free control of the distribution of the flow of water delivered from the suction massage nozzle and a suction massage system using the same. SOLUTION: The suction massage nozzle 1 has a water intake part, a whirling chamber 2 in which a whirl flow is formed by the water from the water intake part and delivered at a water delivery port and a gate which varies the state of the whirl flow formed in the whirling chamber by controlling the water intake part 6 and a suction massage system is arranged using the same. With the suction massage system thus arranged, the user can turn on or off the suction forces on the hand side and adjust the suction forces as desired.
