PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal for forming an emotionally expressive e-mail. SOLUTION: In the portable communication terminal 1a, when a mail text is character-inputted through an input part 12, a voice reproduction condition such as rise/fall or tempo of sound in voice-reproduction of the mail text, or addition of an effective sound is set according to an instruction from a user. When the set is ended, the mail text is voice-converted according to the set voice reproduction condition, and message data in which the mail text are made graphic according to the voice reproduction condition are formed. In the preview of the formed mail, the graphic message data are displayed on a display part 13, and the sound data are voice-reproduced according to the display of the mail text. After the mail is confirmed by preview, the formed message data and voice data are transmitted to a portable communication terminal 1b.
