PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo drive device such that a fin can be freely selected for mounting, and it is possible to fix a servo to a machine for escaping heat, etc. SOLUTION: A cooling structure of the servo drive device for a FA or a robot is so constituted as to mount the cooling fin matching with an objective environment as occasion demands with a heat generation surface made of a plane surface. A cooling module for passing a cooling liquid or compressed air is mounted for cooling, and further, this heat generation surface is abutted on the machine, so that heat is released to a main body of the machine.
