Compressed air conditioning unit has at least a compressed air dryer (2) with an inlet channel (3) for moist compressed air, an outlet channel for dry air and a dehumidifier apparatus for the air flowing through the dryer. The dryer has humidity sensors and sensor signal processing electronics. The sensors are positioned directly in the outlet channel.
