Spinning-nozzle cleaning device and cleaning method for a spinning machine

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning nozzle cleaning apparatus which is equipped with a blade for only pivoting without rotation and vibration and with which the blade is displaced along the shape of the spinneret surface of the nozzle.

SOLUTION: In the cleaning apparatus for cleaning the spinneret surface of the spinning nozzle during spinning, the apparatus is equipped with the blade 12 which is extended in the radial direction of the spinneret surface of the spinning nozzle and has a blade tip part 120 with length proper to its radial dimension and a mechanism 11 for rotating the blade 12 around the center of the spinneret surface of the spinning nozzle and a blade urge means 121 for pressing and urging the blade tip part 120 of the blade 12 along its length direction on the spinneret surface of the spinning nozzle so as to uniformly bring the blade tip part into contact with the spinneret surface.
