SYNTHETIC RESIN PIPE FOR PREVENTING COMBUSTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SYNTHETIC RESIN PIPE BY FORMING SURFACE PROCESS LAYER OR FIRE-RESISTANCE LAYER

PURPOSE: A synthetic resin pipe for preventing combustion and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent fire, to increase the rigidity and to restrict crack or breakage by cross-linking the bore or the surface of the synthetic resin pipe with the irradiator or the auxiliary extruder. CONSTITUTION: A profile(3) with a hollow is supplied from a main extruder(2) to a cooling unit(4), and a synthetic resin pipe(1) is formed by supplying connecting resin from an auxiliary extruder(6) to the profile in a winder(5). A one-end collar is formed at the side of the synthetic resin pipe, and a cross-linked surface process layer is formed by irradiating the gamma ray on the surface of the synthetic resin. The surface process layer is formed in the surface or the bore of the synthetic resin pipe by irradiating the gamma ray in passing the synthetic resin through an irradiator(8). The synthetic resin pipe is manufactured by cutting the cross-linked synthetic resin pipe with a cutting machine(9).
