PURPOSE: A paste composite and a method are provided to prevent generation of static electricity during formation of barrier rib, by adding a small amount of anti-static agent. CONSTITUTION: A paste composite comprises powder, resin, solvent, and an anti-static agent added by the amount of 1 weight% or smaller. A method for manufacturing a lower substrate of a plasma display panel, comprises a step of lower electrodes(10a,10b) in upper and lower sections on a substrate; a step of forming a white back on the substrate where the lower electrodes are formed; a step of depositing a paste for formation of barrier rib, containing an anti-static agent, on the white back; a step of forming a dry film resist pattern on the paste for formation of barrier rib; a step of forming barrier ribs(13,13') by performing a sand blast process using the dry film resist pattern as a mask; and a step of depositing a phosphor along inner surfaces of the barrier ribs. |
