PURPOSE: A device for casting an aluminum wheel for a vehicle is provided to improve casting inferiority of wheel casting material, thereby improving the quality of the wheel casting material and minimizing the use of electric power at furnace heater. CONSTITUTION: A heat displacement absorbing member which prevents distortion phenomenon of a first elevating shaft is formed in a moving plate. A pre-heating member which pre-heats compressed air supplied to a holding furnace(1) by using wasted heat is formed on the side wall of the holding furnace. A control member controls introduction and discharging of the compressed air. A wheel extracting member rotates an aluminum wheel casting material after the aluminum wheel casting material is elevated by an upper mold. An air spraying member sprays air of a predetermined pressure so that the surrounding temperature is uniformly maintained when an aluminum melt material is injected into a lower mold. A temperature compensating member uniformly maintains the temperature of the aluminum melt material when the aluminum melt material is compulsorily injected into the lower mold.
