PURPOSE: An interlayer floor structure for sound-insulating and damping functions used for an apartment building is provided to insulate sounds, to control vibration and to radiate and absorb heat smoothly, and to intercept the impact sound of weight which is unable to be intercepted by low-density lightweight foamed concrete. CONSTITUTION: The interlayer floor structure(100) for sound-insulating and damping functions used for an apartment building contains: a concrete slab(112) partitioning into an upper layer and a lower layer and containing sound-insulating materials(117); a lightweight foamed concrete layer(116) formed on the upper part of the concrete slab(112); a heating pipeline(118) installed on the lightweight foamed concrete layer(116) for hypocaust heating in an apartment building; an interlayer flooring(120) containing a primary set groove(121) filled with elastic adhesives(122) and secondary set grooves(123) provided with many through grooves to emit the heat supplied from a heating pipeline(118) upward on the lightweight foamed concrete layer(116); and an upper structure formed on the interlayer flooring(120).
