CONSTITUTION: The interlayer floor structure(100) for sound-insulating and damping functions used for an apartment building contains: a concrete slab(112) partitioning into an upper layer and a lower layer and containing sound-insulating materials(117); a lightweight foamed concrete layer(116) formed on the upper part of the concrete slab(112); a heating pipeline(118) installed on the lightweight foamed concrete layer(116) for hypocaust heating in an apartment building; an interlayer flooring(120) containing a primary set groove(121) filled with elastic adhesives(122) and secondary set grooves(123) provided with many through grooves to emit the heat supplied from a heating pipeline(118) upward on the lightweight foamed concrete layer(116); and an upper structure formed on the interlayer flooring(120).
