PURPOSE: An adhesive sheet for skin application is provided which has improved flexibility and slip property and good adaptability to the skin while having sufficient hardness and an adequate curling property. CONSTITUTION: The adhesive sheet for skin application comprises: a backing film comprising a resin composition containing 20-80 wt% of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and 80-20 wt% of at least one polyolefin resin selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene, an ethylene/propylene copolymer, and mixtures thereof; and an adhesive layer containing an acryl-based adhesive agent.
