PURPOSE: A method for expressing feelings of a user in video telephony is provided to retrieve/select previously stored moving picture emoticons for emotion expression or voice data for emotion, and then insert the selected data during video call conversation, thereby transmitting feelings of a user. CONSTITUTION: Video telephone conversation is performed. In the middle of performing video telephone conversion, preliminarily stored moving picture emoticon or voice data to express feelings is searched for and selected to express feelings in an image or voice. The selected moving picture emoticon or voice data to feelings is inserted into data to be transmitted, and transmitted to a receiving side.
