<p>Subject of the invention is a dosage device for sandblasting agent or check valve, aimed at dosing of the abrasive mean during the sandblasting process. The dosage device of the sandblasting material consists of a chassis (1), which can hold on the upper side an input pipe and on the lower side an outlet pipe (3). There is a spiral rotor (4) with chamber pockets (5) between them within the chassis. The sandblasting agent enters the dosage device through the inlet pipe (2) and fills the chamber pockets (5) of the spiral rotor (4). The discharge of the chamber pockets (5) of the spiral rotor (4) is continuous and proportional to its rotating speed. This way, by changing the number of revolutions of the drive (7) the throughput through the dosage device of the sandblasting agent is changing continuously and hydraulically smooth.</p> |
