PURPOSE: A device for receiving an RF(Radio Frequency) signal is provided to obtain an oscillation frequency with respect to the RF signal for BS(Broadcasting Satellite) and CS(Communication Satellite) digital broadcasting using an oscillation circuit of VHF(Very High Frequency) and UHF(Ultra High Frequency) bands. CONSTITUTION: An input circuit(3) receives an RF signal converted from a 12GHz band to 1 and 2GHz bands. A mixer circuit(4) converts the signal of the 1 and 2 GHz bands from the input circuit into a baseband signal. A local oscillation output circuit unit(5) provides a signal of a frequency band to be mixed with the signal from the input circuit to the mixer circuit. A PLL(Phase Locked Loop) circuit unit(6) receives an original oscillation output signal from the local oscillation output circuit unit.
