PURPOSE: A phase split structure is provided to effectively suppress generation of large magnetic field in the outside of a cable core, by forming, in each of shield layers, magnetic fields for eliminating magnetic field generated from each of superconducting conductors. CONSTITUTION: A phase split structure comprises a plurality of cable cores(102) having respective shield layers arranged on outer peripheries of respective superconductors; a split box(1) for accommodating the cable cores extending from an assembly portion of the cable cores to each of cable cores; and a shield connecting portion(2) for interconnecting the shield layers of the cable cores to each other in the split box. The shield connecting portion is formed of a superconducting material.
