METHOD FOR ISSUING CYBER CARD TO MOBILE TERMINAL AND USING CYBER CARD THROUGH WIRELESS NETWORK

PURPOSE: A method for issuing a cyber card to a mobile terminal and using the cyber card through the wireless network is provided to keep identity of the card, reduce time/expense for issuing/delivering the card, and prevent risk for illegal use due to loss of an actual card by offering the same image of the cyber card as the actual card to a user. CONSTITUTION: An application for issuing the cyber card is received from a user terminal(S201). Personal information of a user and a telephone number of the mobile terminal to receive the cyber card are received(S203). The cyber card receiving an actual card number is transmitted to the mobile terminal(S213). Certification for the user is performed(S217).
