BOX ALIGNMENT/DISCHARGE DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ALIGNING AND DISCHARGING BOX SUPPLIED FROM BOX-SHAPING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A box alignment/discharge device and a method are provided to remarkably reduce a fraction defective of boxes. CONSTITUTION: A box alignment/discharge device comprises push parts(10) and discharge parts(20). The push parts are successively arranged to a box-shaping device. The push parts include reciprocating cylinders(12). The reciprocating cylinder pushes the rear of a box(B) caught in a stopper(22) and stopped and aligns joining parts of the box. The discharge part is installed in a state standoff from the push part. The discharge part includes the stopper stopping the box and a rotating body(23) discharging the aligned box by descending by an ascending and descending cylinder(25) and coming in contact with the top of the box.
