PURPOSE: A shift cable assembly of a vehicle mounted with a manual transmission is provided to restrict foreign materials or water from penetrating an inner cable by doubly sealing between a guide pipe and a socket and accordingly to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A shift cable assembly of a vehicle mounted with a manual transmission is composed of an inner cable(54) installed between a shift lever and the manual transmission to deliver operating force of the shift lever to the manual transmission; a guide pipe(56) covered over the outside of the inner cable to guide a rectilinear movement of the inner cable; an outer cable(58) covered over the outside of the inner cable to be capable of movement of the inner cable; a socket(60) disposed between the outer cable and the guide pipe and fixed at a vehicle body; a boot(62) covered between the socket and the guide pipe to prevent inflow of the foreign materials; and a pair of gaskets protruded on the inside of the boot and contacted closely to the outer periphery of the socket and the guide pipe by elastic force to seal the boot.
