摘要 PURPOSE: An S/N ratio measurement apparatus of an OFDM system and a measuring method thereof are provided to enhance accuracy of a measured value by using a guard interval and a synchronous segment signal. CONSTITUTION: A first block is used for measuring a first noise component power value by using a guard interval. A second block is used for measuring a second noise component power value by using a synchronous segment. A mean value production unit(455) produces a mean value of the first and the second noise component power values. A third power estimator(405) is used for measuring a power value of a received OFDM signal. A third adder(430) is used for subtracting an output value of the mean value producer from an output value of the third power estimator in order to obtain an S/N ratio.
