PURPOSE: A device and a method for providing ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) service information are provided to increase service satisfaction by providing basic and detailed information associated with an application for a ADSL service to a client and a plurality of counselors. CONSTITUTION: If a service including ADSL installation is accepted from a client or a counselor of a client center, at least one or more operating units(110-140) gradually perform the first to the Nth functions according to a kind of the accepted service. The operating units(110-140) store information related to the first to the Nth functions in a table and mutually share stored information. A gateway(150) interworks with the operating units(110-140), and provides information associated with the progress situation of the accepted service to the client or the counselor of the client center.
