A folding structure of underpants, which comprises an underpants-shaped exterior sheet and an absorbent main body bonded to the exterior sheet on the side in contact with skin, and provided with an elastic body attached at least to the periphery of a waist opening and to the peripheries of the leg openings. An inseam portion (5) of the disposable underpants is folded back to an underpants middle portion (7) located above the inseam portion. An underpants upper portion (9) where both left and right side portion are folded over are folded back to a lower portion (10) located below the upper portion.
