<p>The wheel has a hub and a rim connected by a set of spokes. Inner ends of the spokes are received in a hub-collar having a surface parallel to the spokes. The ends have an external screw thread to engage a threaded hole in a hub nipple mounted in a hub hole that extends at a right angle to the spokes.
