PURPOSE: A connection unit and a fabricating method thereof are provided to enhance both conductivity and spring of spiral contactors, thereby securely contacting with external connecting portions of an electronic device. CONSTITUTION: A connecting unit comprises a base and a plurality of spiral contactors formed on the base. The spiral contactors are in connection with external connecting portions of an electronic device. Herein, each of the spiral contactors includes a conductive layer(40) and an auxiliary elastic layer(41) laminated to each other. The conductive layer is lower than the auxiliary resilient layer in a specific resistance and the auxiliary elastic layer is higher than the conductive layer in a yield point and an elastic coefficient.
