PURPOSE: A plastic bag is provided to include a string formed integrally with a body of the bag by cutting an upper end of the body, thereby preventing water from being leaked from the bag. CONSTITUTION: The plastic bag includes a rectangular body(1). Upper ends of front and rear sides of the body are cut in left and right directions, with a center portion being left. After only an uncut portion(2) of the front side is cut, the portion is again cut in upper and lower directions, so that a binding string(3) is integrally formed with an uncut portion of the rear side of the body. The uncut portion of the rear side is turned over so that the binding wiring encloses the upper portion of the body.
