The switch has a control terminal (501) connected to two diodes (106, 117), which are DC connected in parallel with respect to the control terminal and between two control terminals (501, 502). The terminal (501) supplies a bias voltage to the diodes to turn on and turn off the diodes. A constant circuit is connected to the control terminal (501) and between an antenna terminal and a reception terminal.
