PURPOSE:To mass-produce microwave circuits with even transmission and phase characteristics by previously forming a recessed part close to a microstrip line on an inductive plate forming the line and then fitting an inductive oscillator to the recessed part. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 5 in which the lower part of an inductive oscillator 4a is just fitted is preveiouly formed on an inductive plate 1a close to an upper inductive plate 2 formig a microstrip line on its surface. The inductive oscillator 4a is fixed on the recessed part 5. Thus the oscillator 4a can be fixed extremely close to the upper inductive plate 2, so that band stopping filters with required stopping and phase characteristics can be stably massproduced. |
