The plug has a threadedly engaging unit (31) for engaging a portion of a passage located nearer to an open end side than a smaller diameter portion (17). A turn head (40) is connected to an end of the unit (31) and includes a distal end inserted into the portion (17) to adhere closely to an open edge (19) of the portion (17). A support shaft protrudes from either one of the unit (31) or the turn head (40) toward the other. An independent claim is also included for a valve.
