A method for preparing a coprecipitate of a substance sparingly soluble in water and a polymer soluble in water, which comprises a step of providing a mixture solution of the substance sparingly soluble in water dissolved in an aqueous organic solvent, a step of pouring the mixture solution into the flux of a liquid medium having water as a main component, and a step of allowing the liquid medium having water as a main component containing the mixture solution having been poured therein to flow by a distance sufficient for forming a coprecipitate, wherein the above mixture solution and/or the above liquid medium comprises the water-soluble polymer.
