FIELD: systems for electric heating of rooms. ^ SUBSTANCE: heater includes housing in which are arranged: heat insulating member; reflector and heat irradiating panel. The last is in the form of flat electric heating member with steel heat irradiating base. On inner side of said base are arranged successively: electric insulation coating, heating resistive member and protective coating made according to thick film technique in the form of tracks. Electric insulation and protective coatings are made of dielectric materials. Heating resistive member is made of resistive material with positive temperature resistance coefficient. Tracks of electric insulation and protective coatings have long sides equidistant to long sides of tracks of heating resistive member. Surface area of electric insulation or protective coating exceeds that of track of heating member no more than by 45%. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heater due to lowered power losses. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
