The air conditioning system uses a flat fluid-conveying lining (4) of heat-conductive material set at a distance under the hall roof (3) and running on a slope from the ridge so that a coolant liquid fed in through a supply device (6) at the top absorbs the heat and collects up in a collecting device (8) in the lower region of the lining determined by the slope. The lining can be a closed system with integrated channel system connected to the liquid supply and collecting devices. The outside surface facing the inside of the hall acts as the heat transfer surface.
