COSMETIC COMPOSITION OF O1/W/O2 MULTIPLE EMULSION USING HYDROPHOBIC SILICA AS EMULSIFYING STABILIZER

PURPOSE: Provided is a cosmetic composition of O1/W/O2 multiple emulsion by emulsifying oil phase attached with lipophilic silica. The stabilized O1/W/O2 multiple emulsion transfers water and oil soluble active ingredients when applied to the skin topically. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition of O1/W/O2 multiple emulsion is characterized by using lipophilic silica having a particular size of 0.1-10 micrometers, as an emulsifying stabilizer, in the amount of 0.1-20.0 wt.% based on the total weight of the composition.
