The title compds. (I; R1,R2 = H, C1-8 straight or branched alkyl, C1-12 cyclic cycloalkyl or adamantyl, α,α-dialkylpropynil, substituted phenylalkyl, pyridylalkyl, dialkylaminoalkyl) were prepd. by the condensation of an oxime of II and epihalohydrin followed by the reaction with amine of HNR1R2 in the presence of an inert solvent.
