PURPOSE: A method and a system for an education service through the network are provided to maximize a learning effect by automatically adjusting a learning speed matched with a learning capability of a learner and maximize the learning effect according to iterative learning by continuously managing the iterative learning for enhancing the effect of the learning such as a foreign language. CONSTITUTION: A web server(WS) comprises an estimation/analysis system(500) and a learning management system(506). The estimation/analysis system comprises a reward managing/processing module(502) calculating rewards according to a test result and performing payment/accumulation of the calculated rewards, and an automatic learning speed controlling module(504) automatically controlling the learning speed of a customer depending on the test result. The learning management system comprises a learning managing module(508) and a learning reward managing module(510). The learning managing module stores speaking training information to a database(DB) as learning particulars when the customer performs online speaking training through a speaking training CD.
