PURPOSE: A mechanical brake system for a vehicle is provided to secure safety and to cut down the cost by preventing wheels from locking by a brake hydraulic pressure regulating member, instead of an expensive ABS(Anti-Lock Brake System). CONSTITUTION: In a vehicle having a hydraulic pipe for transmitting hydraulic pressure by brake oil in operating a brake of wheels, a mechanical brake system for the vehicle is composed of an inlet port(30) having a pipe contacting with the brake oil supplied to the wheel of the vehicle; an elastic fixing unit(40) having a circular ball(42) formed at one side to block the inlet port with constant elastic force and an elastic member(48) formed at the other side to support the circular ball toward the inlet port; and a discharge port(22) for discharging the brake oil passing through the elastic fixing unit.
