PURPOSE:To attain smooth response of an incoming station at the reception of a troubled call by displaying instantly information of an outgoing station side to an incoming station (centralized maintenance reception station) side. CONSTITUTION:When a maintenance personnel of a terminal station in which a fault takes place makes a call to an engineer at the center for the assistance, a telephone set A of a terminal device of the outgoing side calls a centralized reception telephone set B to call the engineer via an outgoing station 2 and a centralized station 3. When the telephone set B responds to the call, the transmission and reception of identification information are executed between an identification signal generator ID ORG and a reception/transfer device ID REC. The information received by the reception/transfer device ID REC is trasferred to a controller 5, which retrieves the information corresponding to an ID number stored in a storage device 6 based in the identification information and displays it on a display section 7. Since the information of the outgoing station is displayed in such a way, the response personnel B responds to the caller A while observing the display such as a station name and station constitution displayed on the display section 7. |
