PURPOSE: A monolithic terminal having a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver coupled to a safety operation guidance terminal are provided to reduce power consumption by eliminating one of circuit components installed in both of the safety operation guidance terminal and the GPS. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(31) receives satellite data from a GPS satellite. An RF(Radio Frequency) processing terminal(32) receives the satellite data from the antenna and converts the satellite data from an electric wave signal to a digital signal. A monolithic memory(33) is comprised of a monolithic data memory(33b) and a monolithic program memory(33a). A monolithic CPU(Central Processing Unit)(35) controls an algorithm stored in the monolithic program memory to convert the satellite data received from the RF processing terminal into location data. The monolithic CPU controls the algorithm and reads the converted location data to output it through a data output unit. |
