PURPOSE: A remote access method in a mobile terminal is provided so that a user can access his mobile terminal in a remote place in order to control the operation and to confirm personal information. CONSTITUTION: If a user drives a remote access program at a personal computer, the remote access program initializes a communication network adapter to prepare for remote access and outputs an input window. The user selects a desired terminal on the input window. The remote access program accesses the selected mobile terminal through a gateway in a mobile network using the phone number of the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal accepts the remote access, transmits the present screen to the personal computer, and executes a pointing function. The remote access program informs the user that the mobile terminal has been connected, and displays the present screen of the mobile terminal and an arrow-shaped cursor. The user clicks on a desired menu on the displayed screen. |
