METHOD FOR DISPLAYING STATE OF A CAMERA TO DIRECTLY MAKE A USER CONFIRM THE STATE OF THE CAMERA IN A MODE OF SELF-PHOTOGRAPHING OR REMOTE CONTROL PHOTOGRAPHING AND A CAMERA PERFORMING THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for displaying state of a camera and a camera performing the method are provided to make a user directly confirm the state of the camera such as result of auto-focus and flash charge in a mode of self-photographing or remote control photographing. CONSTITUTION: It is decided whether photographing direction from a remote controller is found or not(S400). An auto-focus adjustment is performed(S402) in a case of the photographing direction. And in result, it is decided whether an auto-focus error is generated or not(S404). In a case of generation of the auto-focus error, the auto-focus error is displayed by a self-timer light emitting unit(S406) and it is again decided whether photographing direction from a remote controller is found or not. In a case of non-generation of the auto-focus error, a photographing process is performed(S410).
