PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for transmitting and receiving radio signals to express a good feeling toward a specific opposite sex located at a close range and a business model using the same are provided to transmit a signal only to a specific user using an infrared laser beam method so that a user can express a good feeling toward a specific opposite sex at a short distance and receive a response from the opposite sex. CONSTITUTION: A user, who possesses an external device in which a radio signal transceiver is installed, inputs a specific key toward a specific opposite sex whom the user has just happened to meet, and transmits a radio signal to the opposite sex in order to express a good feeling. Supposing the opposite sex also possesses an external device in which a radio signal transceiver is installed, the opposite sex senses that the radio signal has been received. In case that the opposite sex accepts the user's intention, the opposite sex transmits a response signal to the user. If the response signal arrives at the user's external device, a message to inform them that the meaning of a good feeling has been communicated to each other is outputted through each external device.
