PURPOSE: A variable horn sound control device of a vehicle is provided to perform an effective warning by drawing sound pressure of a horn and operating the horn with a fuzzy function by analyzing data about peripheral conditions. CONSTITUTION: A variable horn sound control device of a vehicle is composed of a horn sound switch(110) for intermitting connection of electrical circuits generating a horn sound of the vehicle according to a switching condition; a vehicle condition detecting unit(120) for detecting information data about the vehicle according to changes of a peripheral driving environment and the vehicle; a control unit(130) for receiving and analyzing the vehicle information data supplied from the vehicle condition detecting unit with turning on the horn sound switch and generating a variable horn sound control signal to automatically generate the horn sound differently according to the changes of the vehicle and the peripheral driving environment; and a horn(140) driven according to the input of the variable horn sound control signal supplied from the control unit to generate a correspondent horn sound.
