At present, when the document B is referred to after the document A is referred, the index information to the document B is added to the index data part of the document A and the index information to the document A is added to the index data part of the document B. When the document C is referred to, the index information to the document C is added the index data part of the document B and the index information to the document B is added to the index data part of the document C. The index information is all lump-controlled and filed by an index data part 16.
