<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the adsorption and decomposition capacities of malodorous components and the keeping property of said capacities, by forming a ceramics adsorbent by baking an inorg. mixture containing Kanuma soil, tuff, bentonite and clay. CONSTITUTION:Water is added to an inorg. mixture containing Kanuma soil, tuff, bentonite and clay to knead all of them into a clayey state and the kneaded mixture is molded into a desired shape, or said inorg. mixture is dissolved in water muddily to be cast into a mold to perform molding. Subsequently, the molded body is naturally dried for about 7hr until moisture is almost removed and the dried substance is heated and baked at 600-1,000 deg.C for about 10-12hr to form a ceramics adsorbent. The compounding ratio of the inorg. mixture is pref. set so that Kanuma soil is 20-40w/w%, tuff is 20-40w/w% and bentonite is 5-25w/w% and clay is 20-40w/w%.</p> |
