PURPOSE:To collect and discharge liquefied distilled water by providing a first discharge outlet to secure a desired storing water level above the bottom surface of a condenser main body at a distilled water discharge section of the condenser mounted tilting to a steam discharge outlet. CONSTITUTION:A condenser 3 is connected with a boiler 1. A cylindrically formed main body 23 of the condenser 3 is mounted tilting by 2-3 deg. from an intake 25 all the way to a discharge section 27 for distilled water, and a first discharge outlet 31 to secure the desired storing water level H above the bottom surface 29 of the condenser main body 23 and a second discharge outlet 33 positioned lower, the diameter of which is smaller than that of the first outlet 31, are provided respectively in the discharge section 27. As the distilled water liquefied by a cooling tube 35 in the condenser is stored up to the water level of the first outlet, and cooled down sufficiently because of the longer contact time with the cooling tube 35. Also, the distilled water under the water level of the first outlet is discharged out of the second outlet to prevent water quality from getting lowered because of long residence time.
