摘要 PURPOSE:To improve conversion efficiency, by a method wherein one direction of a bidirectional switching circuit is turned on corresponding to polarity of inductance energy at ON-state, and this energy is charged to a capacitor. CONSTITUTION:In a half-bridge inverter circuit, voltage of DC power source E is divided in two by capacitors C1 and C2 having equal capacitance and FET Q1 and Q2 in series connection are connected to the DC power source E. Further, an inductive load F comprising a resistor R and an inductor L in series connection to each other is connected between joint of the capacitors C1 and C2 and joint of the FET Q1 and Q2. This load F is connected in parallel to a snubber circuit constituted in that a bidirectional switching circuit as a parallel body of series circuit of FET Q3 and a diode D3 and series circuit of FET Q4 and a diode D4 is connected in series to a capacitor C3. Thereby the FET Q3-Q4 are controlled by a drive pulse circuit P and the power loss can be decreased.
