<p>PURPOSE: A method for controlling a magnetic fan clutch is provided to improve the engine performance, fuel efficiency, engine life span, acceleration performance and other properties and to reduce the fan noise of a magnetic fan clutch. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic clutch(12) of a magnetic fan clutch(22) is switched on or off based on the temperature of the refrigerant of a radiator(21), the temperature of engine oil, the temperature of transmission oil, the speed of a vehicle, the rotational speed of an engine(23), the condenser pressure of an air conditioner, and at least one of on/off signals of the air conditioner to control the rotation of a fan(16) combined with a magnetic coupling.</p> |
