PURPOSE: An accumulator of a rotary compressor is provided to block the direct advancing of liquid refrigerant toward a cylinder and speedily gasify the liquid refrigerant for smooth refrigerant supply, by forming the accumulator in the annular shape and inserting the same to a casing of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: An accumulator of a rotary compressor includes a housing(110) in the annular shape with a predetermined refrigerant flow space and inserted into an outer peripheral surface of a casing(1). A suction pipe(120) is connected to a side of the housing for guiding refrigerant passing through an evaporator into the refrigerant flow space of the housing. A connection pipe(130) has an end connected to the other end of the housing and the other one connected to a cylinder of the compressor.
