The groove of the pressure pipe line is made at a distance from the first groove of the second pipeline and is made between the grooves of the first and second pipelines. The outer side of the valve is provided with the first slide ring. The slide ring is mounted in the zone of the mouths of the radial passages of the first pipeline. The second slide ring is mounted in the zone of the second mouths of the radial passages of the first pipeline.
