PURPOSE: A system for detecting and regulating an overspeeding vehicle by checking a present state of a traveling vehicle by DSRC(Dedicated Short-Range Communication) is provided to improve the efficiency by removing additional reading procedures after a photographing process. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of RSE(Road-Side Equipment) is used for transmitting speed information of a particular vehicle to a traffic control center and outputting the transmitted result. An OBE(On-Board Equipment)(100) is installed in an inside of a vehicle in order to transmit speed information of the vehicle to the RSE and receive the processed result from the RSE. An ECU(102) is used for receiving a vehicle speed from a speed sensor, outputting the vehicle speed to the OBE, and transmits the processed result of the OBE. A traffic information center(400) analyzes the speed information of the particular vehicle received from the RSE and outputs the processed result according to the analyzed result to the RSE.
