PURPOSE: A bank account management system and method is provided to perform a user authentication process, and to integrate the management of plural bank accounts by using fingerprint data of the user. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an ATM(Automated Teller Machines, 10), an authentication server(30), and an integrated bank server(40). The ATM(10) reads fingerprint data of a user, and converts the read fingerprint data into a fingerprint image. The authentication server(30) performs an authentication operation on the transmitted fingerprint image, generates a certain authentication code, extracts user data by using the fingerprint image, and transmits the authentication code and the user data to the ATM(10). The integrated bank server(40) extracts data on a bank account of the user from at least one bank in response to the authentication code and the user data transmitted by the ATM(10).
